What is StoryGems?

Storygems is both a practice and a sanctuary — a way of uncovering the hidden gems within your personal story. Through storytelling, somatic healing, archetypes, shadow work, and energy practices, I help you see your patterns not as failures but as old myths ready to be re-authored.
